Omar Yaghi, the laureate of the 2015 Mustafa(pbuh) Prize, has received the Turkish Academy of Sciences Prize, in December 2016. MSTF Media reports: Omar Yaghi, a chemist from Jordan, won the Turkish prize in the category of Basic and Engineering Sciences, for his accomplishments in the field of metal-organic frameworks (MOFs). Noor Student Competition; in recognition of Prof. Jackie Ying, became internationalized as it provided students from Persian-speaking countries of the region an opportunity for competition.
