Al-Mayadeen TV talk show presenter in a panel discussion held on November 10th at IRIB University, gave a speech on the theme of “Science Communication in Islamic Countries: Towards an Effective Network”.

During the second STEP Talk in Science Communication Summit which was held at IRIB University on Sunday, November 10th, Abdullahi Saleh Bashir, Deputy National President and acting chair of the ICT Division from Nigeria, delivered a speech on the pivotal role of Public Relations (PR) in science communication.

During the first STEP Talk in Science Communication Summit which was held at IRIB University on Sunday, November 10th, Mohamed Elsonbaty Ramadan, science communication consultant and freelance science journalist, and William Odinga Balikuddembe, President and CEO of Uganda Science Journalists Association (USJA), delivered insightful speeches on the theme of “Models and Practices in Science Journalism”.

In a panel discussion on the theme of “Science Communication in Islamic Countries: Towards an Effective Network” which was held on Sunday, November 10th at IRIB University, William Odinga Balikuddembe, President and CEO of Uganda Science Journalists Association (USJA), talked about some principles of publishing science news.

During the second STEP Talk in Science Communication Summit which was held at IRIB University on Sunday, November 10th, Hamlet Abdulla oglu Isayev, founder of Khazar University, delivered a speech on “Public Relations as Science Communication”.

During the first keynote address of water-energy- environment nexus summit in Sharif Energy Research Institute, Mohammed Mehdi Farid, professor of chemical engineering from the University of Auckland delivered a speech on the theme of energy storage and the current problems that it can help to solve.

Five prominent Muslim scientists discussed issues including teamwork and funding in the panel discussion held in Tehran University of Medical Sciences.

During the first panel of water-energy-environment nexus summit that was held in Sharif Energy Research Institute, distinguished scientists in the field of renewable energy from Islamic world were brought together to deliver ardent and insightful speeches on Climate Change and Transboundary Environmental Challenges.
