
Mustafa(pbuh) Prize Nomination Form must be filled out only by renowned scientists or accredited scientific institutions. Self-nomination will not be considered by the Secretariat. Nominators are required to complete the form in English for individuals who have outstanding works and seminal achievements by observing the following criteria:
- Distinctive Features of the Work: Noticeable innovation in the scientific method, the pioneering nature of the work, and its enduring impact are among the most important qualities considered by the reviewers. Additionally, the work should have clear practical applications or its results should have made a tangible impact on the scientific community.
- Influence of the Work: The scientific work under evaluation must contribute to expanding the frontiers of knowledge globally and have made a significant scientific impact at the global or regional level. Moreover, the work should either be published as a scientific theory in reputable journals or possess the potential to be transformed into economic ventures and wealth generation. The scientific achievements should also have a discernible effect on culture, society, health, the environment, and public welfare, and should have played a role in addressing scientific needs or solving social issues.
- Characteristics of the Work’s Owner(s): Owner(s) of the nominated work must enjoy a reputable standing and a distinguished scientific background in their field of expertise. This background is evaluated through outstanding publications in reputable scientific journals, registered innovations and patents, or involvement in the development of new technologies. Holistic vision and a spirit of scientific innovation are other key attributes expected from the nominees.
