A Memorandum of Understanding was signed between the Mustafa (PBUH) Science and Technology Foundation and the National Organization for Development of Exceptional Talents (NODET), with the aim of expanding the Noor Student Competitions, identifying top talents, and strengthening students’ scientific and creative activities.
